30-day returns
We want you to love your Northflow products. If you are not completely happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
- Email contact@northflowhome.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- For our voluntary 30-day returns, items should be returned in their original packaging with all included parts. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.
- Used replacement filters cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Statutory rights
Your rights under applicable consumer law, including withdrawal rights where they apply, are not affected by our voluntary return policy.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or does not work as it should, contact us with your order number and details of the problem so we can arrange a suitable remedy. Our voluntary 30-day return window does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods.
